These terms cover this website, the Manji Motorsports customer portal and links, and the Manji shop software (including its QuickBooks Online connection). By using them you agree to these terms.
Who may use it
The shop software is for Manji Motorsports and its staff only, to run its own business. It is not sold or licensed to anyone else. The customer portal and links are for our customers and the people they add to their account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in codes and links to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account, and we will end their access.
Information shown
Estimates, inspection results and recommendations are prepared with care, but the work and price you approve with the shop are what count. Website information can change without notice.
QuickBooks
The QuickBooks Online connection sends Manji Motorsports’ own invoices, payments and customer billing details to its own QuickBooks company and reads its company card purchases. Manji Motorsports can disconnect it at any time from the shop software or from QuickBooks.

Messages you may receive
With your consent, we may text you about:
- Auto care services and customer support, including replies to your messages.
- Appointment reminders.
- Account notifications, such as estimates ready for your approval and updates on your vehicle. These may include a link to your estimate or the customer portal.
- Billing and payment reminders.
- Customer service follow-up.
How you opt in
By ticking the SMS consent box on the request form on our website, or by giving verbal consent to a Manji Motorsports representative during a phone call or in person. When you opt in, we tell you that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe, and you can reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any service.

Message frequency varies with your visits and requests, usually about 2 to 5 messages per visit about your vehicle’s service, scheduling or account.
